Rotate elements after placing

I am trying to rotate many elements around their own axis. They don’t seem to be rotating though.

Too many angles are being generated.

I hope it’s ok to post with some referenced revit geometry / planting types, I’m not sure how to internalize a host. But it is hosted to a toposolid subdivision. The area to be planted consists ot two closed curves, internalized.

Check your tree structure at these locations, your trees aren’t lining up.

The issue was in the range being generated, it was creating 11 ranges. Thanks!
