Rotate Ctrl+Shift+RMP

How do I modify the rotation Angle , When pressed Ctrl+Shift+RMP ,
For example, I want to rotate every 90 angles.

Hello - in an oblique view, Ctrl-Shift - RMB drag is not constrained in any way that I know of to any angle. You might want to try the OneView mode and see if that works in any way that you like.
