Rotate and Rotate3D behavior with Copy option

While using these commands, if you toggle to copy yes, place some copies and then toggle back to no, Rhino remembers the yes option when you recall the command.
Can we have Rhino remember the last state used?

The persistence of Copy for both the Rotate and Rotate3D commands is controlled by the RememberCopyOptions command. The command specifies whether Copy option on transform commands is stored or not.
