"Root element is missing" Maxwell toolbars

When attempting to see all Maxwell toolbars I get the error message “Root element is missing”.

I have seen solutions this message in other plugins but they don’t seem to apply to Maxwell.

SOLVED:

Opened: “C:\Program Files (x86)\MaxwellDotNET\Maxwell.Rhino.rhp” file in rhino.

In rhino type command: Maxwell_ToolbarReset

Reopen rhino.
