RIR not recognized

Rhino 8.11.2 and Revit 2024.3 not compatible with any of the RIR version 1.24 and above.
.Network frame 8 also installed but where is the problem?

Please update to 8.12 or above.

Revit pre 2025 releases all run on .Net 4.8
