Rhion 8 Line Width vs ObjectDecoration.EndArrowhead

I have been exploring Line Widths in Rhino 8 and think it is a great improvement.

It appears that when the LineWidth is set to 2 Pixels the ObjectDecoration.EndArrowhead also doubles in size - If i set to 3 Pixels it trebles in size.

is there anyway to avoid this and keep the ArrowHeads small?
