Hi, I can give you an introduction to changing the middle-click menu later. Please DM me your contact details. Currently, changing the icons may cause crashes, and after the crash, any changes made to the interface will not be saved. It’s best to periodically close Rhino and reopen it while making changes, without needing to save any files. This way, any modifications to the interface will be preserved.
Do you get a crash report when this happens? If so, pls send these in.
It would also be helpful if you can share steps to reproduce this crash.
Changing icons should definitely not crash Rhino. Crash bugs are handled with high priority for obvious reasons.
I sent it in, although reproducing steps weren’t much more than I was just moving an icon between two panels/containers/toolbars (never understood what’s what)
Hej Victor -
We are not seeing crash reports from the eMail address that you use here on the forum. If you used a different eMail address, please send an eMail to tech@mcneel.com with that information.

Completely agree. Different colors for curves, curve modifiers, surfaces, solids, mesh etc would make it much faster and easier to perform a visual search and find what you’re looking for. Autodesk Fusion has done a nice job
Strange, I just double-checked and I use the same email here that I do in Rhino
