I´m facing some problems with Rhino´s account manager:

  1. Can´t find how to change my account image
  2. Can´t change my password
    The manager says it not a difficult password, but that´s not true. It seems to use the lenght instead of complexity for that judgment.

You should be able to change those things from https://accounts.rhino3d.com/?controller=home

Personal info allows upload of a profile picture
Choose “Security settings” to change your login details.
