Rhinocommon equivalent to RailRevolve

I could not find a equivalent for the RailRevolve command in Rhinocommon.

It is there, I use it in Pufferfish, it is in NurbsSurface Class

Thank you i have search in RevSurface and Brep but missed NurbsSurface.
