Rhinocommon add icon/property to Properties Tab

HI,

I feel I have seen this in some example, but I cannot find it. What is the best way to add a new Property Panel to the existing Properties?

(I think it would also be great if the SampleCsWpf (SampleCsWpfPanel) was expanded to show how to switch between multiple pages/panels in the same main Panel, similar to the SampleCsWizardPanel which is only for ETO at the moment)
