Rhinoceros Load plug in error

Hey guys

I am getting this error message when I try to start matrix

rhinoceros 5.0
loadplugIn cannot be called while a plug in is being loaded

after that says

Failed conexion with rhino

Hop eyou can help me.

Yes, i sent a email to gemvision support but it didn’t work what they told me

now on one of the machines with the problem appears Run time error 91
