Rhinoceros didn't find license (Group License

Hello everyone

We have a problem to assign an academic license to windows 10 computer.

We tried the next steps:

  • Verified the email that we invited to the group
  • Accept privileges to access to the license by a web browser
  • We started the software with administrator privileges
  • Uninstall Software
  • Restart computer

We did the same steps to other computers and only this user have this issue

any suggestion?
