Rhinoceros 5.0 (64-bit) has stopped working

rhinocrash

Hi everyone!
I have a BIG issue with Rhino 5.0.
When I try to run it, there is no way to access the software because an error message arises “Rhinoceros 5.0 (64-bit) has stopped working”.
It works only in the safe mode but plug-in such as grasshopper are not available.

Could you please help me?

Thank you!

Erika

PS: drivers are updated

Can you disable your plugins (while in safe mode) and then try activating them one by one to find out if one of the plugins is causing this?

It seems that it is not a problem due to plugins because I turned off the option “Do not use OpenGL for drawing feedback items” and it doesn’t crash.
But the drivers of the graphics card are updated and I am not able to understand where is the issue…

That’s a sure sign of buggy GPU drivers (or Rhino’s inability to deal with buggy GPU drivers, if you will…).
Could you make a screen grab of your OpenGL info like this:

Hi Wim,
unfortunately, Rhino starts to crash again! :frowning:
in the safe mode there is no chance to see the video hardware & driver information.
However, the graphics card is described in the attached image.

thank you for your help!
Erika
