Rhino9-Beta - Empty 'Rhinoceros Sidebar' container on startup

Greetings, All

Here is a screenshot of Rhino 9 Beta first opening:

If I pull the edge of the container, and then push it back, it looks like this:

A minor annoyance, but it has been happening since the 1st Beta.

Beta 9.0.26216 is not behaving this way - it starts up normally.

But once in a while the container goes blank mid-selection of an icon.
