Rhino8 not responding when saving a new file or exporting objects

Hi, I’ve been using this version of rhino for a bit and everything has been fine until the past week whenever I try to anything at all Rhino doesn’t respond. I’ve updated my drivers and reinstalled rhino and got it to save existing files but not new ones and will not export any object. I’ve also made space on my laptop and there is not an antivirus blocking rhino.

Hi Ashley -
Please start by running the Rhino SystemInfo command and copy-paste the output here.

I’ve been having issues with Rhino for a week and I feel like I’ve tried everything. Rhino crashes whenever I try to save any new or existing file or print or export an object.

I’ve updated my Nvidia and Intel graphics drivers, Uninstalled the application twice, removed all of the plug-ins I’ve installed, preformed a factory reset twice and repaired the application twice. My computer has an adequate amount of storage for a new file and I’m pretty there aren’t any antivirus blocking Rhino from creating a new file.

Any advice would very appreciated,

When Rhino is in that non-responding state please follow the steps in Manually Creating a Memory Dump (DMP File) from an Unresponsive Rhino for Windows [McNeel Wiki] to create a dump file. Upload it to the uploader tool as instructed at the end of the instructions. Be sure to copy and paste a link to this Discourse topic into the comment field so that tech support knows what the uploaded file relates to.

thanks!

you are currently running in NetCore 7, uninstall Enscape while troubleshooting

Can you repeat when running Rhino in Safe Mode?

Tried saving again in safe mode and uninstalled enscape from my computer, still not responding when I try to save any file.

is the save location networked or cloud based (onedrive or similar)?
