Rhino7 variable radius filet gone

Hello under Rhino7 I cant find the variable radius filet icon. Has this been changed?

It is now called Blend Edge but I am having serious problems getting it to work on adding a radius to edges I have been adding radius’s t for years. I need hope this is crippling!

FilletEdge and BlendEdge are both ‘variable radius’.
