I believe this issue was reported a while ago for the then WIP version.
Even worse, pinning Rhino7 leaves the shortcut there but the window is attached to the Rhino6 shortcut
Unpinning Rhino6 from taskbar leaves a second Rhino7 shortcut 
After Pinning again the already started Rhino7 creates a Rhino6 shortcut
