Hi all My Rhino is stuck on SR18 and when i go to check for new updates on the help menu the whole panel is greyed out and nothing is clickable. The box in that tab reads “McNeel update service is unavailable” even though it is running in ‘Services’ on Windows. Have rummaged online for a solution …

Lets make sure your install is OK. close Rhino go to add/remove programs and Modify the install and select the Repair option. This will require a reboot. The key is located here, please check after the Repair install. [image]
