Rhino WIP cannot be updated or uninstalled on my windows 11 machine. It returns the attached error, and the troubleshooting programs suggested in previous threads are no longer supported by windows. I tried a manual uninstall using BC Uninstaller and then installing clean once again, but it returned the same error.

If that refers to Microsoft’s Fix It tool (link), in our experience, that continues to help users, also on Windows 11. I just downloaded it and ran it on Windows 11, and that seems to work just fine.
On the “Windows 11” tab on Microsoft’s page, they claim that the new built-in “Windows Troubleshooters” should detect and solve issues with failing uninstalls. Did you try those?

We see lots of cases where use of tools such as CC Cleaner do a lot of damage. I hadn’t heard of " Bulk Crap Uninstaller" before, but I’d personally try resetting the PC before going there.
