Rhino validation code

When I tried to get Rhino validation code, it is saying , this license is used in zoo server. Remove it from zoo server to use it for validation code here.
I have already send my license key to support team. Can they remove me from zoo server, or I have to do it? If I have to remove the license from zoo server, then how can I do that. I really want the validation code, so I can use it for offline use.

You should be able to do it yourself. It depends on which Zoo they are talking about, but I assume it’s the cloud Zoo - as you would probably know if you had a local Zoo… If it’s indeed the cloud Zoo, you need to log into your Rhino account and go to the licenses section, and remove the license from there.
