Since when technical display lines (visible and hidden) react to printwidth layer settings? I dont remember it to be a case but now i am surprised positively.

You didn’t mention printing so I assumed you were talking about the viewport.
Vector printing in technical display modes has been in Rhino since 8.0.

yes but printing widths were problematic as far as i remember. i dont remember printing widths affecting lines in technical mode.now they do which is great.
