Is there any possibility of the comands being able to be made by the user speaking in the microfone? Or just change name layers, it would be awesome, but i dont really know if it is possible or not.

Not without using third-party general Windows-voice-automation software.
You could check out firefly if you have an arduino https://www.food4rhino.com/app/firefly which has some basic sound processing tools. I’m not sure if it’s possible to map a voice command to a layer change in rhino facilitated by grasshopper but that would be useful
