Rhino urgently needs these tools!

Please, check my post above. I just added a few bug reports there. The last one related to the inability to see a fully expanded floating panel upon clicking on a main toolbar icon is really disturbing. Rhino 7 shows the full set of icons, but Rhino 9 Beta doesn’t…

Also, the older bug that I reported a few weeks ago (shrinking the floating panels by one row after each opening) is still not resolved in the latest Beta. This forces the user to manually expand the floating panels again every time.

for toolbar related bugs, it’s more productive to mention @CallumSykes

are you releasing the mouse inside or outside the viewport? If the latter, this works the same as in Rhino 7.

I released the mouse just a second after my initial dragging of the arrow handle upwards. The mouse pointer is still inside the viewport, near its center actually. This only happens in the latest Rhino 9 Beta. I noticed that this also happens every time after a LMB double-click on the arrow handle, but sometimes it happens even after holding the LMB (no double-click).
Upon a double-click the command line says “Gumbal Relocate”.

I’m working through lots of various bugs, you’ll have to bear with me getting around to each and every one

I wish that there is a new Rhino 7 version that consists just these few enhancements of Rhino 9:
“Patch”
Improved history for “Match surface”
“Global edge continuity”
“Elmo” (new “Curve rebuild”)
UVN Gumball
Static “Zebra”

Rhino 7 is extremely stable and polished, with perfect toolbar behaviour, no graphical bugs and instant switching of the display modes.

I’m doing my best to restore this.

Thanks! Can’t wait to experience it.
