Rhino UI incredible zoomouts when only textdots are visible

Dear support,

I have an annoying problem already since years (7 and 8) with unexpected rhino zooms. I frequently change between texteditors and Rhino. If the real mouse focus is still on the Rhino but my “hand” thinks it is in the text editor I do some heavy zoom out and sometimes the zoom out destroys my Viewport.
I select than a mesh and try to zoom in and I get:

1 mesh added to selection.
Command: '_Zoom
_Selected
Unable to zoom - no objects are selected.

Just realized that changing the viewport helps! so this is just a bit annoying.

Can you run SystemInfo and provide steps and a small example file to reproduce? Once I can reproduce i’ll post the youtrack bug report here. Thanks!

Very difficult to reproduce. This happens sometimes when the focus was not in Rhino. But somehwo Rhino catches the mousewhell whem I am scrolling through text.

FWIW, that sounds like normal behavior for applications on Windows.
