Since we don’t write RhinoCAM, nor do we have a copy, can you post some screen shots of what you are looking to create?

RhinoCAM is written in C++ and uses MFC to display the fancy user interface. They are not using C# with WinForms.
There are a number of user interface samples on the Rhino Developer Samples repository on GitHub. Perhaps you can find some samples that help you create dialogs and tabbed dockbars using WinForms.
