Perhaps you are looking for a “Title Block”? That appears to be mostly a personal thing that users don’t share. I used to work in an international company with engineering sites across the world and they couldn’t agree on a common T/B…

We have been playing with the idea of somehow offering a few T/Bs that users can then personalize and if you have specific requirements on what such would need to include, please let us know.
