Rhino Sends anonymous usage popup

For windows installation i disabled send statistics and enable automatic updates by setting them to 0.

However when any user opens up rhino version 6 , they get pop up showing Usage statistics.

As shown in the options menu it is grayed out. Anyone know why it is still prompting?

I dont want to use DISABLE_INTERNET_ACCESS as it shows useful tips and tools.

I have this same error. SEND_STATISTICS=0 during install, so I guess it doesnt really send statisics. But this pops up everytime since our profiles are reset on logout. Any fix for this?
