Why the balloon shows that RhinoCommon: trigger type to “Rhino. Runtime. NotLicensedException” exception?

Hi -

The current stable version is 7.18. Assuming you have a legal license, make sure that updates are enabled in the Rhino Options so that updates are automatically downloaded and installed.
