I am having a an issue removing the grain in the Rhino7 render. Am hoping to get a clean render with smooth gradients on surrounding the objects.

Hi Francesco,
50 samples isn’t enough to do that on its own. You can either add a denoiser (e.g. Nvidia) as a post-processor or increase the samples to, say, 500.
