Rhino python on mac

#1

Hello everyone

Quite some time ago I used rhino script and had a lot of fun with it. This was on parallels because I’m working on OS X. For years now I’m enjoying the OSX beta and I’m looking into using rhino.python instead of rhino script.

In order to do so, I’d need an editor though, which for the OSX version of rhino doesn’t exist for the moment.

Now I’ve found two topics while googleing but they don’t seem to be online anymore. I’d love to add the rhyno pyhon API to komodo but the necessary resources don’t seem to be online anymore.

Does anyone know anything about that?

Thanks!

I was able to get this up and running on my Mac I can import the rhinoscriptsyntax as well as scriptcontext, but it doesn’t want to import Rhino (RhinoCommon)… What to do?

Thx, --Mitch

Maybe @stevebaer knows.

I don’t believe that Komodo Edit can currently be configured to properly parse and “autocomplete” for the RhinoCommon library since that library is a .NET DLL and Komodo only understands pure python syntax.
