I just downloaded Rhino 5 for mac as a trial. After downloading, installing and opening the program, I am asked to supply a name/ organization /serial code. I copy and paste the code supplied serial to me via e-mail and hit done. After I do this, the dialogue box closes and Rhino says It’s “Getting License from License Manager” and shows a little graphic to indicate it’s “thinking” but never retrieves the code and just stays on this screen. Any ideas as to why this is happening and how this can be corrected?
Could it be there is no or restricted internet access?
Internet access was available, and while I have no idea what caused the problem, a simple reboot of the computer allowed me to install Rhino 5 without issue. Thanks anyways!
