Rhino PDF stability?

Is printing to Rhino PDF expected to gain stability at any point? Over here, printing shaded viewports with shadows, the crash rate often exceeds 50%. I have learned the hard way to save before printing now, but it would be nice if printing in Rhino resulted in a PDF more often that crashing Rhino.

Hey Sam, are you on 6.7? @DavidEranen has been working on the bug where skylight doesn’t completely swamp your GPU memory on larger prints and has made some recent progress.
