Rhino package installer error

Rhino Rhino for Windows

I tried to install the PanelingTools for Rhino 5 for several times, but it always crashes.
Any ideas how can I solve this problem?

This usually indicates an incomplete or corrupt download of the RHI file.
Please delete the RHI file and download again.

I downloaded it 5 or 6 times in google chrome, but the error was the same. Now, I tried with a different browser, and it is working.
