yep, I think that is last option, generating toolpath in MadCam or Solidworks with biesse postprocesor then import in bsolid on machine.

If that wil work, I wil sent that model like .step file to Biesse and demand some solution
It works. I often use mesh geometry (for topography models) because the file size is less then NURBS geometry. madCAM can definitly generate toolpaths from mesh geometry. I know that CREO or the former ProE also had issues with mesh geometry. And bSolid is definitly not a cutting edge CAD software…
