Rhino Main WIndow Sometimes Becomes Inaccessible

This week I’ve sometimes been unable to un-minimize Rhino.

Instead I get this (image below) when hovering on the Rhino icon on the taskbar when Rhino is minimized.

When this happens the main Rhino window will not display if I click on the taskbar icon, though the panels I have detached onto my secondary monitor will. I have to force-close Rhino and start the project again before I can resume work.

I see you are on Rhino 7.
At this point in the development, most bug fixes are only implemented in the WIP for Rhino 9.
If there is something that needs to be done here, it needs to be reproducible in the WIP.
Are there clear steps that need to be taken for the behavior to kick in?
