You can find a photo named Rhino.png with a pure black background under %AppData%\McNeel\Rhinoceros\8.0\Localization\en-US\Render Content\Textures,and based on it, you can quickly create a transparent cannel

You can try checking the official Rhino branding page or support, which sometimes provides logo assets with transparent backgrounds for press or presentation use. If not, you could open the black logo in an image editor and manually remove the background to make it transparent.
