The RhinCommon API exposes some Rhino Light Power parameters:
PowerWatts
PowerLumens
PowerCandela
Are these used anywhere? Or these are only placeholders for future stuff?
(When I check these the values are always 0)

I don’t believe these are used by core Rhino - perhaps a custom rendering plug-in.
