Hello All.
It seems that If I want to move up or down a layout, my selection gets lost and it persistently re-select the last layout in the stack. This is applicable to V7 and V8.
The Expected behavior, is to keep my current selection valid until I 1) hit Esc, 2) click outside the panel or 3) select another layout.
See below, it keeps selecting page 5 in this case.
