Rhino is frozen at startup

Hi,

When I launch Rhino 5, it is frozen.
I have uninstalled and installed Rhino 5 in Win7 64 bits, it’s still freeze at launching.
In event viewer, I can see “Kernelbase.dll” faulty module.

Hi chhor - has Rhino run OK in the past on this machine, or is this a new installation? Is Windows completely up to date?

Rhino run in the past.
I’ve solved this pb with creating new windows profil.
