Rhino.inside Unable to load

Does rhino-insid support Chinese?,I am using the revit 2018 Chinese version, rhino wip(7.0.19267.14135). When I click rhino in revit to load the plug-in, the following prompt appears: rhion authorization manager initialization failed, sending -200 error, rhino will not run

This is normally a conflict with another existing Revit plugin. What other plugins do you have running in Revit?
