Is it possible to internalize grasshopper components for Revit, or to provide a stable link between the two? I was transfering Revit model to GH through the “element” component, but after closing and reopening Revit+Gh link was missing between them, so I had to manually reassign walls, columns, and so on.

Are you doing it in another special way or order?
If your “Manage Revit Element collection” menu item does nothing, you need to update.
On some early version, this was not implemented.
@kike could we internalize data from node in Graphical.Element so I can send someone just GH script and when he will open Rhino.Inside Revit he will see this element and all data in Grasshopper?
What do you expect to have when this Grasshopper definition is opened on:
- Rhino standalone
- Rhino.Inside Revit but when the same Revit Document is not available.
