It shows your license as “undefined”.
I’d suggest Quit (Cmd + Q) out of Rhino and restart.

Any luck?

I already have a project that I’ve worked on completed. If I quit without saving, will all of my work disappear??

You will not be able to save any work without a valid license running.
Sorry

Having the same problem with a student using our Team Account on a Mac. He’s on the list of having a valid license but has the same error as shown at the top of this topic. I haven’t checked his systeminfo yet. He also has an unsaved project. Any suggestions to repair this and especially to prevent it from happening in the future?

Hi Alan -

It looks to me there is some licensing issue involved in this. I’d recommend to reach out to support by phone, chat, or mail so that this can be dealt with more efficiently. See Rhino - Rhino Support for contact info.
