Rhino importing doesn't work

I’m trying to import a dfx file, SketchUp file, and even a Rhino file into Rhino, but none of them are working. What should I do?

Hi Misuzu,

Lets start with your SystemInfo (this tells us what Rhino version you are using and enviroment)

A file would be ideal as well. Thanks

hi, i’m using rhino7 and also i mean import option doesnt work withing drag-drop but impot-open is still working…

Apologies, SystemInfo is a Rhino command line, please run the command and post the results.
