With the elimination series starting this week in Bermuda for the Americas Cup, promo videos for the teams are showing more of the design process. I spotted this on Team France video showing Rhino3D as the modeling tool along with North Sails software for CFD.

I had thought that the so called US team ORACLE was also using Rhino for its design basis but just found a recent video where that is confirmed.
What is surprising that some of these clips showing Rhino3D used on the America’s Cup cats are done on the Mac version!
