Haven’t been able to get it to work a single time. Something so simple!!
Please post a file with your curves or whatever you have that doesn’t work…
User error, Sweep works fine.
3. Attach minimal versions of all the relevant files
Sweep1 is known to be a little limited in Grasshopper. Grasshopper 1 at least. Maybe we’ll have to wait until GH2. But no not user error if you don’t believe me you can look up past posts.

I searched for topics created by you with the term sweep in the topic title and couldn’t find any. Maybe you used different words in the title?
I’m not blaming you for user error. When something does not work, it’s just always good to provide an example and not just a complaint…
100% agree. I was venting a little I won’t lie. But also its 2024 and we keep hearing about all these great new features. Something as simple as Sweep should function like it ought to.

Based on the behavior and lack of versatility, it appears that Sweep1 in GH is some sort of legacy hold-over compared to what we use in Rhino. For myself, Sweep1 is one of the most reliable and predictable commands I use in Rhino. But as soon as you move to GH you have to stand on your head to make it work. Is what it is I guess and I guess you can make it work if you really really need to… usually…
