An example of using Rhino for manufacturing stereolithography.
I was asked to create a store decoration from an advertising image.
I did this:
The building was 3D printed.
The knot is in Zamak and cast in a mold modeled with Rhino.
The guardrails are in chemical etching, also draw with Rhino.
The modeling is quite simple, this project mainly shows the finesse of stereolithography
On the small details, I have less than 2 tenths of a millimeter.
But 3D printing has a few constraints:
here is the internal structure which prevents the volume from crashing like an egg under the sun.
