Never used Rhino before, haven’t downloaded it either.
Wondering if it is good at modelling angioplasty balloons and stents.

Never tried, it’s not my field… But if there’s a software able to do strange things is Rhino3D!
It’s a long trip but can worth the time 
And ps:it’s already used in many medical application, from dentist to carbon fiber legs…
