I’m selling my Rhino 5 for Mac license because of my new job, where i’m already using a Rhino 6 license. So I don’t really use my personal rhino license, it’s just sitting there, gathering electric dust.
If there is interes I could make a license transfer form.
There’s an optional upgrade to the crossgrade Rhino 6 version costs € 495. Rhino 6 costs €995 without VATS / tax.

oh fine, so I like to buy it.
You tell the price is €350 incl vats. Does it mean you can give me an invoice that shows vats (what I prefer)?
What about paying method? I can offer paypal or normal bank transfer.
And what about transferring the license? Do you know if the invoice is enough or is it neccessary to involve McNeel?
And the software itself… via download or how can I get it? At the moment I have Rhino 6 trial version.

For the transfer of a commercial license, you need to fill out a license transfer form and register the transfer with McNeel. Contact sales@mcneel.com to get the form and the details/procedure.

Maybe the title was somehow misleading, so I changed it to vats free.
If possible for administrational reasons, I rather sell the license without an invoice.
As I’m doing my own accountancy for the moment,
Belgian regulations are fairly complicated 
I’m willing to drop the price to €300 for the inconvenience.
I have already contacted “sales@mcneel.com” but they still have to disconnect my license from my IP.
If you’re still interested I can fill in the " Transfer of License" from McNeel.
Once I have received your payment (Paypal or bank transfer, which one you prefer),
I will ask McNeel for an official transfer.

Rolf to answer your question about the download.
Once McNeel has transferred the license, you can use this license to download rhino for mac.
Or you could use it to upgrade the rhino for mac license to a commercial rhino 6 (crossgrade) version. Which I recommend 
For the upgrade you can get an invoice from McNeel I presume?
