Rhino file too big, keeps crashing

I was working in my rhino file for my final model, I tried to render out my shadows to use for a rendering and file crashed and now it wont open again, the size is way too big for my computer to handle, it was my only save I dont know what to do please help

Is there an error message?
In a new file with all viewports set to the Wireframe display mode, can you import (not open) the file?
Please run the Rhino SystemInfo command and copy-paste the output here.

Importing is not working, it still wont open.
