Rhino evaluation period expired

I download rhino for the free evaluation period 2 days ago and when I entered in the evaluation key it stated that it had expired. I sent an email to the link they gave me, and they said that it was expired so I have to purchase it. I am confused because it hasn’t been in the evaluation period, and I never even got to log into Rhino

hi @DiShawna according to our records, you’ve already evaluated Rhino 8 before. You are only entitled to evaluate Rhino once.

You have a valid license in your Rhino account, login using your email to use. It ends with 9864

@DiShawna what @Japhy mentioned is also correct. So it seems you have tried to install another trial license, while the other is still active/valid

thank you for your help! it turns out I forgot to get my original license key the first time, so when I tried it again and got a different key, it didn’t work.
